Ramona Elena Verman (born 3 March 2004) is a Romanian long jumper. She is a miltiple-time national champion, both outdoors and indoors. ^[1]

Career

She won her first senior Romanian Indoor Championships in February 2022 in the pentathlon, in Bucharest. ^[2] A member of CSM Bacāu, she competed for Romania at the 2022 World Athletics U20 Championships, where she finished in twelfth place in Cali, Colombia in the long jump, at the age of 18 years-old. ^{[3] [4]}

She won her first senior Romanian Athletics Championships in July 2023 in the long jump, in Craiova. ^[5] She competed at the 2023 European Athletics U20 Championships, where she finished in tenth place in Jerusalem. ^[6]

She set a new personal best of 6.60 metres to win the 2025 European Athletics U23 Championships in Bergen, Norway. ^{[7] [8]}
