Ramu Das is an Indian politician currently serving as a Member of the 13th Tripura Legislative Assembly,representing the Pratapgarh constituency. [1] He is a member of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) from Tripura. [2]
Ramu Das was elected as Member of Tripura Legislative Assembly in 2015 bye-election from Pratapgarh constituency. [3] [4] In 2018 Tripura Legislative Assembly election,he lost to the BJP candidate Rebati Mohan Das. [5]
The Communist Party of India (Marxist) (abbreviated as CPI(M)) is a communist political party in India.
