The High Court of Bombay is the high court of the states of Maharashtra and Goa in India,and the union territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu. It is seated primarily at Mumbai,and is one of the oldest high courts in India. The High Court has circuit benches at Nagpur,Pune,Solapur and Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar in Maharashtra and Panaji,the capital of Goa.

The Delimitation commission or Boundary commission of India is a commission established by the Government of India under the provisions of the Delimitation Commission Act. The main task of the commission is redrawing the boundaries of the various assembly and Lok Sabha constituencies based on a recent census. The representation from each State is not changed during this exercise. However,the number of SC and ST seats in a state are changed in accordance with the census. The present delimitation of constituencies has been done on the basis of 2001 census under the provisions of Delimitation Act,2002.
Ashok H. Desai was an Indian lawyer,practising in the Supreme Court of India. He held office as the Attorney General of India from 9 July 1996 to 6 May 1998. Earlier,he was the Solicitor General of India from 18 December 1989 to 2 December 1990. He was awarded the Padma Bhushan award and the Law Luminary Award in 2001. He was given an honorary doctorate in "recognition of his contribution to the field of law and jurisprudence" by the North Orissa University in September 2009.
A Lokpal is an anti-corruption authority or body of ombudsman who represents the public interest in the Republic of India. The current Chairperson of Lokpal is Pradip Kumar Mohanty. The Lokpal has jurisdiction over central government to inquire into allegations of corruption against its public functionaries and for matters connected to corruption. The Lokpal and Lokayuktas Act was passed in 2013 with amendments in parliament,following the Jan Lokpal movement led by Anna Hazare in 2010. The Lokpal is responsible for enquiring into corruption charges at the national level while the Lokayukta performs the same function at the state level. The age of Lokpal on the date of assuming office as the chairperson or a member should not be less than 45 years.
The Lokayukta is the Indian Parliamentary Ombudsman,executed into power,through and for,each of the State Governments of India. It is brought into effect in a state,after passing the Lokayukta Act in respective state Legislature and a person of reputable background is nominated to the post. The post is created to quickly address grievances against the working integrity and efficiency of the government or its administration. Once appointed,Lokayukta cannot be dismissed or transferred by the government,and can only be removed by passing an impeachment motion by the state assembly,making it a powerful deterrent against corruption and mal-administration of the governing system.

Pinaki Chandra Ghose was the first Lokpal of India serving from 23 March 2019 to 27 May 2022. He is a retired judge of the Supreme Court of India.
The National Judicial Appointments Commission (NJAC) was a proposed body which would have been responsible for the recruitment,appointment and transfer of judicial officers,legal officers and legal employees under the government of India and in all state governments of India. The commission was established by amending the Constitution of India through the 99th constitution amendment with the Constitution (Ninety-Ninth Amendment) Act,2014 or 99th Constitutional Amendment Act-2014 passed by the Lok Sabha on 13 August 2014 and by the Rajya Sabha on 14 August 2014. The NJAC would have replaced the collegium system for the appointment of judges as invoked by the Supreme court via judicial fiat by a new system. Along with the Constitution Amendment Act,the National Judicial Appointments Commission Act,2014,was also passed by the Parliament of India to regulate the functions of the National Judicial Appointments Commission. The NJAC Bill and the Constitutional Amendment Bill,was ratified by 16 of the state legislatures in India,and subsequently assented by the President of India Pranab Mukherjee on 31 December 2014. The NJAC Act and the Constitutional Amendment Act came into force from 13 April 2015.
Balmohan Vidyamandir was founded on June 3,1940,by Late Shri. S.D.Rege alias “Dada”as he was fondly known amongst his students,parents and the community,was a teacher par excellence. The School was named “Balmohan Vidyamandir”. “Balmohan”being coined from the names of Lokmanya Balgangadhar Tilak and Mahatma Gandhi and “Vidyamandir”meaning a temple of learning. Today,the name “Balmohan Vidyamandir”is synonymous with being the leading cultural and educational hub of the State of Maharashtra,India.

Abhilasha Kumari is currently Judicial Member of Lokpal Committee of India since 23 March 2019. She is a former judge who served on the High Court of Gujarat from 2006 to 2018,and as the first female Chief Justice on the Manipur High Court in 2018. She was a chairperson of the Human Rights Commission of the Gujarat state of India from 17 May 2018 to 23 March 2019.
Ashok Abhaiendra Desai was a former judge of the Bombay High Court and the Allahabad High Court. He also served as the first chief justice of the Uttarakhand High Court between 2000 and 2003.
The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) is a tribunal which was formed by the Central Government of India under Section 410 of the Companies Act,2013. The NCLAT was formed as a body with an appellate jurisdiction at the same time when NCLT was established as a major reform as per powers granted to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs in India,
Appellate Tribunal for Electricity is created as a statutory and autonomous body under the Electricity Act,2003 to hear complaints,appeals or original petitions against the orders of the State Regulatory Commission,The Central Regulatory Commission,Joint Commission or the Adjudicating officer.
