Raymond DeWayne Jackson (born February 17, 1973) is an American professional football executive and former defensive back who is the vice president of player development for the Denver Broncos of the National Football League (NFL). [1] He was selected by the Buffalo Bills in the fifth round of the 1996 NFL draft. [2] He played college football for the Colorado State Rams. [3] Jackson was inducted into the Colorado State Rams Hall of Fame in 2011. [4] Jackson also played in the NFL for the Cleveland Browns.
