Reality Check is the debut album of Punjabi singer, Jassi Sidhu, released in 2003. It's his first album after he left his band, B21, in 2002. The album saw the departure of B21 sound and thus, paving the path for an exciting new sound by Jassi Sidhu. The album also opened the doors of success for Jassi in India, where, earlier, he was an unknown face. Reality Check was a commercial hit, both in U.K. and India.
Reality Check was released as "Ishq Vich Jogi" in India on 28 June 2003 under the label, Nupur Audio. The Indian version had only 8 tracks, and the two tracks which were missing, were the versions of "Chargay Jawani". Moreover, there were title changes and track number changes in the Indian version.

Siddhartha Ray is an Indian singer, lyricist, composer, playback writer, and actor from Kolkata, West Bengal. He is one of the pioneers of the Bangla Rock genre. Prior to pursuing his career in music, Sidhu left his dream profession of being a doctor and formed the band Cactus, of which he is the frontman. The band offered a new genre in the Bengali music scene–a Bengali rock band. Songs like Holud Paakhi have become a household name. Sidhu also tried his luck at acting, presenting quiz shows as a quiz master, a musical game show presenting, and a singer as a soloist in many Bengali films. Since then he has gone on to compose, write lyrics, and sing for his band. In 2003, he and his band made their debut in Tollywood, composing the songs for Nil Nirjane. They won the Mirchi Music Awards Bangla several times.
