Rebecca Heyliger (born 24 November 1992) is a Bermudian swimmer. She competed in the women's 50 metre freestyle event at the 2016 Summer Olympics where she ranked 52nd with a time of 26.54 seconds. [1] She did not advance to the semifinals.

She is the former world-record holder in 100 meter backstroke, set on July 28, 2018 in 58.00 at the William Woollett Jr. Aquatics Center in Irvine, CA. Baker is also the former world-record holder in the 4x100 meter medley relay with Lilly King, Kelsi Worrell, and Simone Manuel.
