Red City Radio is an American punk rock band from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, formed in 2007. [1] The band's lineup consists of Garrett Dale, Ryan Donovan, Derik Envy and Dallas Tidwell.

History

The band has released an EP, To the Sons and Daughters of Woody Guthrie, three full-length albums, The Dangers of Standing Still, [2] Titles (on the Paper + Plastick label), [3] and Red City Radio, [4] as well as two split EPs and a digital single. In 2014, one of the band's lead singers, Paul Pendley, left the band [5] and was replaced by Ryan Donovan, formerly in the Red Scare Industries punk band Nothington. [6] Garrett Dale is now the band's only lead singer and songwriter. Red City Radio have toured in Europe, Russia, Canada as well as in the U.S. [7]

Screeching Weasel is originally from the Chicago suburb of Prospect Heights, Illinois. The band was formed in 1986 by Ben Weasel and John Jughead. Since their formation, Screeching Weasel have reformed several times with lineup changes. Ben Weasel has been the only constant member, though Jughead was present in every incarnation of the band until 2009. Other prominent members include guitarist/bassist Dan Vapid and drummer Dan Panic, who have each appeared on six of the band's studio albums, and Green Day bassist Mike Dirnt who appeared on one.

Folk punk is a fusion of folk music and punk rock. It was popularized in the early 1980s by The Pogues in England, and by Violent Femmes in the United States. Folk punk achieved some mainstream success in that decade. In more recent years, its subgenres Celtic punk and Gypsy punk have experienced some commercial success.

Matchbook Romance was an American emo band from Poughkeepsie, New York and was formed in 1997. They were signed to Epitaph Records. They released two full-length albums and one EP. Their EP, West for Wishing, released in 2003 was their first recorded album during their time on Epitaph; their full-length debut album, Stories and Alibis, was recorded in the same year.

<i>The Warriors Code</i> 2005 studio album by Dropkick Murphys

The Warrior's Code is the fifth studio album by the Celtic punk band Dropkick Murphys. Released in June 2005, it is also their bestselling. It features a dedication to Lowell's own "Irish" Micky Ward who is featured on the album's cover and is the subject of the album's title track. It is also their final record with Hellcat Records before moving to their own vanity label, Born & Bred Records.

The Loved Ones are an American punk rock band from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Founded in late 2003, the band consists of Dave Hause, David Walsh (guitar), Chris Gonzalez (bass/guitar), Michael Cotterman (bass) and Mike Sneeringer (drums). They are presently signed to Fat Wreck Chords.

Mischief Brew was an American folk punk band from Philadelphia consisting of vocalist and guitarist Erik Petersen, bassist Shawn St. Clair, and drummers Christopher Petersen and Christopher Kulp.
