The Regal Constellation Hotel was a large hotel with focus on trade shows, convention and hospitality training centre near Pearson International Airport near Toronto, Ontario.
Built in 1962, the hotel consisted of two 15-floor towers, 6-storey atrium, a Chinese restaurant and 90,000 square feet (8,400 m2) of convention space. Renovations took place in 2001.
Once a popular hotel and convention venue, the hotel closed due to declining business and other setbacks, culminating with the SARS crisis. It was owned by Hong Kong–based Regal Hotels International.
In 2004, Hospitality Investors Group (HIG) of Scottsdale, Arizona, acquired the site and was planning to add a 350-room hotel to the existing 800-room hotel. Construction was planned to begin in 2005. However, following the acquisition, HIG was broken up and one of its chief officers formed a new organization, Alatau Hospitality, with the principal shareholders of Lancaster Group of Kazakhstan. Alatau Hospitality retained the domain name of HIG (hospitalityinvestors.com), however its web site did not list the hotel as one of its current construction projects. As of November 2007, it was not clear who owned the property.
As of July 15, 2011, Urbacon was given the contract to completely demolish the old hotel. The property was then sold to Park'N Fly Canada. The former hotel structure was fully razed by January 2012.[ citation needed ]

Inn on the Park was a luxury hotel which was formerly located on a hill overlooking Leslie Street and Eglinton Avenue in North York, Ontario. It was one of the early Toronto hotels operated by the Four Seasons Hotel chain.
The Guild Inn, or simply The Guild was a historic hotel in the Guildwood neighbourhood of Scarborough, Toronto, Ontario and was once an artists colony. The surrounding Guild Park and Gardens is notable for a sculpture garden consisting of the rescued facades and ruins of various demolished downtown Toronto buildings such as bank buildings, the old Toronto Star building and the Granite Club. The park is situated on the Scarborough Bluffs with views of Lake Ontario. Guild Park remained open and the refurbishment of the Guild Inn into a facility for social events was completed in May 2017.

The hotel opened in 1909 as the Hotel Mossop and was celebrated for being a fireproof building, constructed after Toronto's Great Fire of 1904. It has been designated a Heritage Building by the City of Toronto government.
The Fairmont Washington, D.C. Georgetown is a luxury Postmodernist-style hotel located at 2401 M Street NW in Washington, D.C., in the United States. The structure, in the West End neighborhood of the city, opened in December 1985 as The Westin Hotel. In December 1989, Westin sold the hotel to All Nippon Airways, which operated it as the ANA Hotel. Lowe Enterprises purchased the hotel in October 1998, and renamed it the Washington Monarch Hotel. A $12 million renovation followed in 1999. Lowe Enterprises sold the hotel to Legacy Hotels Real Estate Investment Trust in October 2002, and Legacy contracted with Fairmont Hotels and Resorts to manage the hotel. The hotel was renamed The Fairmont Washington, D.C. Legacy was itself purchased by Cadbridge Investors in July 2007 and the hotel sold to MetLife in 2014, although the property remained branded a Fairmont. A $27 million renovation was completed in January 2017.

Dream Las Vegas is a boutique hotel and casino currently on hold on the southern Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada. It is being developed by Shopoff Realty Investments and the real estate firm Contour. Dream Las Vegas was announced in February 2020, and construction was expected to begin within a year. However, the project was delayed after the Transportation Security Administration raised numerous safety concerns, regarding its proximity with Harry Reid International Airport.
