Renaissance Tower is a 113 m (371 ft) skyscraper in Sacramento, California, completed in 1989. The 28 story tower was the tallest in the city when completed, and is now the fifth. [4] At one time owned by USAA Real Estate Company, [5] the building was sold in January 2016 to GPT Properties Trust of Maryland. [6]

Renaissance Tower is a 886 ft (270 m), 56-story modernist skyscraper at 1201 Elm Street in downtown Dallas, in the U.S. state of Texas. The tower is the second-tallest in the city, the fifth-tallest in Texas, and the 35th-tallest in the United States. Renaissance Tower was designed by the architectural firm Hellmuth, Obata and Kassabaum, completed in 1974, and renovated by architects Skidmore, Owings and Merrill in 1986. Major tenants include Neiman Marcus Group, Hilltop Securities and Godwin Lewis PC.

181 West Madison Street multi-storey urban building

181 West Madison Street is a skyscraper located in Chicago. Built in 1990, the building is 680 feet tall and contains 50 floors. It is architect Cesar Pelli's first and only completed tower in the city.

1600 Seventh Avenue

Qwest Plaza, now officially known as 1600 Seventh, is a 32-story, 152 m (499 ft) skyscraper in Seattle, Washington, completed in 1976 and designed by John Graham & Company. As of 2012 it is the 14th tallest building in the city. Qwest Plaza was originally known as the Pacific Northwest Bell Building, and later 1600 Bell Plaza, and US West Communications.

Denver Financial Center

Denver Financial Center is a high-rise office building located at 1775 Sherman Street in Denver, Colorado. Built in 1981 as the Mellon Financial Center, the tower has 32 floors. At 374 feet (114 m), it is currently the 23rd tallest building in Denver. USAA Real Estate purchased the building for $84 million in 2008. In October 2018, the building was sold for $95.25 million to Lincoln Property Company.

Renaissance Square

Renaissance Square is a high-rise complex located in downtown Phoenix, Arizona. The complex includes two towers: One Renaissance Square at 105.77 m (347.0 ft) with 26 floors, and Two Renaissance Square at 113.39 m (372.0 ft) with 28 floors. Although a part of the same complex, Tower 1 was completed in 1986 while Tower 2 was completed in 1990. Renaissance Square, which is composed of buildings which stand as the sixth- and twelfth-tallest buildings in Phoenix, is entirely an office complex. The two towers are connected by a skyway positioned halfway up the structures.

TIAA Bank Center

TIAA Bank Center is a skyscraper in Jacksonville, Florida, USA. Standing 447 feet tall, it is the city's third-tallest building, as well as the largest in terms of class "A" rentable area with 956,201 sq ft (88,834.0 m2). Formerly known as the Southern Bell Telephone Building, the AT&T Tower, and EverBank Center, it took its former name in 2012 when EverBank moved employees into the building and acquired signage rights. The building is currently called TIAA Bank Center, although no formal announcement has been made, and signage changes have not been completed, as of EverBank's rebranding, effective on June 4, 2018.
