Reno Soccer Stadium (working title) is a proposed soccer-specific stadium which is due to be constructed in Reno, Nevada. It is planned to be home to the Reno Pro Soccer club of the USL Championship League. If built as planned, it will have a capacity of 6,000 and be owned by the Reno Pro Soccer club.

History

Reno previously fielded a team in the USL Championship, Reno 1868 FC, which played their games at Greater Nevada Field, a baseball stadium, from 2017-2020. On October 16, 2025, the USL granted Reno an expansion team. [1]

Plans for the proposed team stadium call for the construction of a 6,000 seat stadium on the site site of the former Jones-West Ford dealership. The stadium is proposed be part of a larger sports and entertainment district. As of October 2025, groundbreaking was planned for early 2026 with completion proposed for March 2027. [2] [3] A pre-demolition auction was held to clear the way for demolition of the dealership on December 9, 2025. [4]
