Sanjay Mishra is an Indian American musician who began performing after completing his studies at the Peabody Conservatory of Music. Mishra plays with an eclecticism well suited to his multicultural background combining both Eastern and Western influences. He has been quoted saying, "I come from a tradition that has a lot of improvisation. Sometimes Western classical music can seem a little rigid, I had to find some middle ground." He plays a nylon string MIDI classical electric guitar. He uses various looping devices and MIDI instruments to create a lush sound.

Mukkabaaz, released internationally as The Brawler, is a 2017 Indian sports drama film co-written, co-produced and directed by Anurag Kashyap. Jointly produced by Aanand L. 2017 Gorakhpur hospital deaths

Many child deaths occurred at the state-run BRD Medical College hospital in Gorakhpur city of Uttar Pradesh, India in 2017. As of 2 September 2017, 1,317 children had died at the hospital in 2017. The 2017 deaths attracted national attention in August, when 63 children died at the hospital after the hospital's piped oxygen supply ran out. The number of child deaths in previous years were 5,850 in 2014; 6,917 in 2015; and 6,121 in 2016.
