Revista de Libros (Review of Books) is a Spanish-language bi-monthly literary review magazine. The magazine was a print publication from 1996 to 2011. It was restarted as an online-only magazine in 2013. In 2016 the print edition was also started.
Revista de Libros was established in 1996. [1] [2] It was edited by Álvaro Delgado-Gal. [3] The magazine was funded by the Fundación Caja Madrid until 2011. [3]
It provided its readers with the intellectual reviews both in print, electronic and electronic facsimile edition. [1] In 2011 Fundación Caja Madrid stopped financing the magazine due to economic problems. [3] Then, Revista de Libros ceased publication. [3] In 2013 the magazine was started as an online-only monthly publication and Álvaro Delgado-Gal continues to edit the magazine. [3] In 2016 the magazine launched its print edition, which was made possible through the financial assistance of Colegio Libre de Eméritos. The print edition appears bi-monthly.

Guadalupe Santa Cruz, also known as Lupe Santa Cruz, was an American writer, philosopher, visual artist and translator. She is considered one of the most energetic and varied protagonists of a generation of writers that emerged after the period of the 1973 Coup d'État in Chile. Author of numerous books, including Plasma, with which she received two important prizes in Chile: the Premio Novela Inédita Consejo Nacional del Libro y la Lectura and the Premio atenea. Also, in 2004, Plasma received the prize of the Book Council as a novel in the unpublished category. In addition, at the international level, she received the John Simon Guggenheim Foundation fellowship in 1998.

Pilar Paz Pasamar was a Spanish poet and writer whose work has been translated into Italian, Arabic, French, English and Chinese. She was a member of the Cádiz branch of the 1950s poetic generation. She was a member of the Real Academia Hispano Americana de Cádiz since 1963. Her awards and honors include second place from the Premio Adonáis de Poesía for "Los buenos días" (1954), Adoptive Daughter of the city of Cádiz (2005), Meridiana Prize of the Andalusian Institute of Women (2005), included in the section "Own Names" of the Instituto Cervantes, and Author of the Year by the Andalusian Center of Letters of the Junta de Andalucía (2015). The city council of her hometown annually awards the Pilar Paz Pasamar Prize for short stories and poetry by women.
