Early life and education

Kabul grew up living above his father's Irani café in Mumbai. He and his brothers worked there after school and even managed it when their father was away. [1] He attained his Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) from the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda in 1985.

Career

Reza Kabul established Reza Kabul Architects Pvt. Ltd. in 1988. [2] In 2011, the studio marked its milestone of 25 years in the industry with the launch of Archlights, a The Times of India (Times Property) initiative that profiled and highlighted his contribution to architecture and real estate development. [3] [4] The four-paged edition featured Kabul's projects, alongside testimonials from the construction industry members. [2] [5] [6] [7] The firm has now grown into an international practice with offices in Mumbai, Pune and San Francisco. [8]

He also holds the record for receiving the most player of the match awards in international cricket. Tendulkar was a Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha by nomination from 2012 to 2018.

The 2011 ICC Cricket World Cup was the tenth Cricket World Cup. It was played in India, Sri Lanka, and for the first time in Bangladesh. India won the tournament, defeating Sri Lanka by 6 wickets in the final at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai, thus becoming the first country to win the Cricket World Cup final on home soil. India's Yuvraj Singh was declared as the player of the tournament. This was the first time in World Cup history that two Asian teams had appeared in the final. It was also the first time since the 1992 World Cup that the final match did not feature Australia.

They both were born in Colombo, Sri Lanka. They have been one of the most commercially successful music acts in Sri Lanka in the last two decades.

Hafeez Sorab Contractor is an Indian architect. He has designed many skyscrapers in India, primarily in the city of Mumbai. As of 2019, he is the architect of the three tallest buildings in India – The 42 in Kolkata, and the twin towers of The Imperial in Mumbai. He was awarded the Padma Bhushan in January 2016 by the Government of India.

Ajinkya Madhukar Rahane is an Indian cricketer and former captain and former vice-captain of the Indian team in Test cricket, who has played for Indian cricket team in all formats as a batsman. He currently captains Mumbai in Ranji trophy and plays for Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the IPL. Rahane plays primarily as a middle-order batsman in the Test format and as a top-order batsman in white-ball forms of the game. As a captain of the national team, India has only lost one match under his captaincy.

The 2011 Cricket World Cup Final was the final match of the 2011 Men's Cricket World Cup, the 10th edition of ICC's championship of One Day International (ODI) cricket. The match was played between India and Sri Lanka at the Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai, India on Saturday 2 April 2011. It was the first time that two Asian teams had faced each other in an ODI World Cup final. India won the match by six wickets—its second World Cup win after the 1983 tournament—and became the third team to have won the title more than once, after Australia and the West Indies. India became the first country to win Cricket World Cup in their own country.

World One is a 280.2 m (919 ft), 76 floor skyscraper in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. As of 2024, it is the second tallest completed building in India and the fourth tallest overall. It is on the 7.1-hectare (17.5-acre) site of the defunct Shrinivas Mill. The site also houses two other towers: World View and World Crest. The complex was developed by the Lodha Group.

Capitol TwinPeaks is a 50-storey twin-tower mixed residential building in the Central Business District of Colombo, Sri Lanka. Its towers are connected by South Asia's highest sky bridge, and is adjacent to Beira Lake.
