Richard Mustoe is a former Welsh rugby union footballer (born 9 December 1981). A winger, he played for Bridgend, Celtic Warriors, Ospreys and the Cardiff Blues. In July 2007 he joined Newport Gwent Dragons on a one-season loan from the Ospreys, making 20 appearances and scoring 15 points for the Dragons. After returning from his loan deal at the Dragons he moved to Cardiff in 2008.
Mustoe retired in December 2012 due to a pelvic injury sustained whilst playing for the Cardiff Blues against Treviso [1]
Mustoe was a Wales sevens international member.
Mustoe was called up to the senior Wales squad for the tour of North America in 2009, [2] though he was later cut from the squad and put on stand by. [3]

He has represented Wales at every age group level winning the Grand Slam with the U19's in 2006 and featured in the Wales national rugby sevens team squad in 2007.
Liam Davies is a Welsh rugby union footballer. A scrum-half, Davies began his professional rugby career with the Llanelli Scarlets, and made his league debut for the Scarlets while still in the region's development squad, playing against Cardiff Blues on 14 September 2005. He made a further nine appearances in the 2005–06 season, scoring a try against Glasgow Warriors on 16 October 2005. In March 2006, Davies was promoted to the Scarlets' first team squad, signing on a professional development contract.

The 2008–09 Celtic League was the eighth Celtic League season and the third with Magners as title sponsor. The season began in September 2008 and ended in May 2009. Ten teams played each other on a home-and-away basis, with teams earning four points for a win, and a bonus point for scoring four or more tries in a match. Hallam Benjamen Amos is a former Welsh rugby union player who played for Cardiff Rugby and Newport Gwent Dragons. He mostly played as a wing, but he was also capable of playing at fullback and as a centre. Born in Stockport, England, he came through the Newport Gwent Dragons academy and made his professional debut for the region in October 2011 at the age of 17 years and 28 days, briefly making him the youngest player to appear for one of the four Welsh regional sides. After eight years with the Dragons, during which time he made 115 appearances, he moved to the Cardiff Blues in 2019.
Judgement Day is an annual Welsh Rugby Union event that takes place at Millennium Stadium in Cardiff and is part of the Pro14 competition. The four regions – Cardiff Blues, Dragons, Ospreys and Scarlets – join with the Welsh Rugby Union in organising a double-header fixture at the Millennium Stadium. The annual derby day clash will be repeated for the foreseeable future with the two east Wales regions taking on the two west Wales regions. In 2020, the two matches were held on consecutive days at Rodney Parade due to the COVID-19 pandemic causing a change to the format of the 2019–20 season and the Millennium Stadium being unavailable due to it being used as the Dragon's Heart Hospital.
