Richard Rodd (died before 1633), of Totnes, Devon and Rodd, Herefordshire, was a politician.
He was a Member (MP) of the Parliament of England for Totnes in 1621. He was Mayor of Totnes in 1612–13. [1]
Totnes is a market town and civil parish at the head of the estuary of the River Dart in Devon, England within the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is about 21 miles (34 km) south-southwest of Exeter and is the administrative centre of the South Hams District Council.

He was the only surviving son of Commander the Hon. Gustaf Guthrie Rennell Rodd, youngest son of the first Baron. The third Baron was a Scottish international rugby player. As of 2017 the title is held by his son, the fourth Baron, who succeeded in 2006.
