Richard L. Zellmann is a United States Army major general who serves as the deputy combined joint force space component commander of the United States Space Command. He previously served as the command's deputy director for operations. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5]

The chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS) is the presiding officer of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS).
