Rika Kaseda (born 2 March 1999) [1] is a Japanese long-distance runner. She competed in the senior women's race at the 2019 IAAF World Cross Country Championships held in Aarhus, Denmark. [1] She finished in 46th place. [1]

In 2019, she won the silver medal in the women's half marathon at the Summer Universiade held in Naples, Italy. [2] She also won the gold medal in the women's half marathon team event. [2]
