Rillet is an enterprise resource planning (ERP) software platform that includes a general ledger and tools for systems integration, workflow automation and real-time data processing. Rillet is backed by Sequoia, Andreessen Horrowitz, and ICONIQ with offices in San Francisco, New York, and Barcelona. [1] [2] [3]
Rillet was founded in 2021 by Nicolas Kopp (previously US CEO of N26 and Investment Banking and Capital Markets at Morgan Stanley) and Stelios Modes (previously Thoughtworks, Shazam) who previously worked in finance and accounting roles. [4] [5] Rillet is aimed at corporate finance teams and is intended to function as an alternative to traditional ERP systems. It has SOC 1 Type II certification and meets Big Four audit requirements.
In July 2024, Rillet raised its seed/pre-seed round of $13.5 million led by First Round Capital, Creandum, and Susa Ventures. [6]
In May 2025, it raised a $25 million Series A round led by Sequoia Capital. [7]
In August 2025, the company raised a $70 million Series B round co-led by Andreessen Horowitz and ICONIQ Growth, with participation from Sequoia Capital and others. [1] [2]
TechCrunch noted that Rillet's platform natively integrates with modern tech stacks such as Salesforce, Stripe, Brex, and Ramp, and provides an open API for custom data connections. [7]
Fintech Futures and Fintech Global, in their reviews, described the company's approach of “AI-native” ERP design. [8] Sequoia Capital and Andreessen Horowitz have noted company's focus on integrating automation and real-time data handling into accounting workflows. [9] [10]
