Rimvydas Sadauskas (born 21 July 1996) is a Lithuanian footballer who plays as a defender for Guangzhou FC.

Early life

Sadauskas started playing football at the age of six. He joined the National Football Academy of Lithuania at the age of seventeen. [1]

Career

Sadauskas started his career with Lithuanian side Stumbras. He was describe as "a real pillar of Stumbro's defense ...showing surprising consistency". [2] In 2017, he signed for Irish side Cork City.[ citation needed ] In 2019, he signed for Lithuanian side Kauno Žalgiris.[ citation needed ] In 2022, he signed for Lithuanian side Šiauliai. In 2024, he signed for Chinese side Guangzhou.[ citation needed ]

Personal life

Sadauskas was born in 1998 in Lithuania. He grew up in Kaunas, Lithuania. [3]

The club stopped functioning mid-season in 2019 after the owner pulled out the funds.
