River Jones is an American producer, musician, and owner of River Jones Music and Tapestry Sound.
Jones began playing and working with music at the age of five. [1] He was heavily into rock music as a youth. Starting at 19, he began a three-year internship at Elektra Records. He also worked at Maverick Records, Grand Royal, and V2 Music, where he held a number of music industry positions.
River recorded a solo album in Austin, Texas, and collaborated with actress Lorelei Linklater.
From 2002 until 2005, River was a professional musician drumming for Katy Rose on V2 Records and Nettwerk Management in Los Angeles.
In 2008, Jones began playing in a local riot grrl band, and soon met local musician Courtney Marie Andrews. He teamed up with Andrews to produce her first album, [1] on his new label River Jones Music. The album Urban Myths, which was recorded, printed, and produced by Jones out of an apartment June 2008. Andrews's second full length Painters Hands and a Seventh Son was recorded, produced, and released by Jones exactly one year later. [2] He soon began to sign other acts.
BMG began administering River's solo music in 2018. Jones released his first EP on Austin, Texas label Atomic Milk during SXSW 2019.
Pedro Alejandro Escovedo is an American rock musician, songwriter, and singer, who has been recording and touring since the late 1970s. His primary instrument is the guitar. He has played in various rock genres, including punk rock, roots rock and alternative country, and is most closely associated with the music scene in Austin, Texas but also San Francisco and New York. He comes from a family of musicians.

The Lovely Sparrows is an Austin, Texas based indie rock band currently on Abandoned Love Records and founded by Shawn Jones. Their sound is categorized as indie rock, folk rock, experimental rock, alternative rock, or just rock, blending lush, complex arrangements with sing-along choruses that bring to mind folk-inflected pop and well-written novellas. Pulling Up Floors, Pouring on (New) Paint, released in 2006, captures the gorgeous melodies and warm, organic maladies of front man Shawn Jones. The September 2008 release saw the band embark on its most extensive touring to date, which included CMJ Music Marathon, Pop Montreal and South by Southwest in Austin, Texas. The Lovely Sparrows premiered the music video directed and animated by Eric Power of Clear Productions for "Year of the Dog" off Bury the Cynic during the 2009 SXSW Music Festival in Austin, Texas. The video was honored as one of the 25 best music videos of the year 2008 by MusicForants.com. Bury the Cynics was on the best of list by Fensepost, The Bomb Shelter (#11), the Austinist (#5), Side One: Track One v1 (#7) and Side One: Track One v2 (#1).

Mother Falcon is a symphonic rock band from Austin, Texas, known for their wide-ranging instrumentation and collaborative songwriting. Formed by bandleader Nick Gregg in 2008, the group grew to include a collective of more than twenty musicians playing strings, horns, guitars, and percussion. The group was most active between 2010 and 2016, after which they scaled back and began new projects including theatrical scores and an annual music education camp. Since the release of their final album Good Luck Have Fun, released in 2015 by Universal, the band has continued to perform in the Austin area.
