Robelto Hector (born 19 December 1967 [1] ) is a Nevisian politician and former leader of the Nevis Reformation Party (NRP) and minister in Nevis cabinet.
He was minister of communications,works,public utilities,posts,physical planning,natural resources and environment,agriculture,lands,housing,co-operatives and fisheries during the administration of Joseph Parry. [1] He was formerly a member of the Nevis Island Assembly until he lost his seat of St Paul's in the 2017 election by 11 votes. He was elected party leader on 21 October 2018 at the NRP conference,succeeding Joseph Parry. [2] Hector was succeeded in the party leadership by Janice Daniel-Hodge in September 2020. [3]

Joseph Walcott Parry was born 2 February 1948 in Cotton Ground,educated in Charlestown Secondary School and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Economics at the University of the West Indies.
General elections were held in Saint Kitts and Nevis on 25 January 2010 for eleven of the fourteen or fifteen seats in the National Assembly. The other three or four members of the National Assembly will be appointed by the Governor-General after the elections.

On May 10,2022,Dr Timothy Harris,having lost the support of the elected majority to function as Prime Minister and facing a historic Motion of No Confidence in the National Parliament,decided to dissolve the Parliament and purported to revoke the appointment of more than 50% of his former Cabinet,including the Hon Mark Brantley. Honourable Brantley previously served as the Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly of the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis . He is married and has 2 daughters. Brantley read law at the University of the West Indies,obtained his Legal Education Certificate of Merit from Norman Manley Law School in Jamaica and also holds a Bachelor of Civil Law from the University of Oxford,St. Catherine College. Prior to entering politics,Brantley worked as an attorney.
General elections were planned to be held in Anguilla on 25 October 1967 following the Anguillian Revolution in May. However,only five candidates stood for the five seats,with all elected unopposed.
Snap general elections were held in Saint Kitts and Nevis on 5 August 2022,following the decision of incumbent prime minister Timothy Harris to dissolve the parliament on 11 May. Snap elections are constitutionally required within ninety days following the dissolution of parliament.
