Robert Oliver O'Neal (born February 1, 1971) is an American former professional football player who was a cornerback for one season with the Indianapolis Colts of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Clemson Tigers. O'Neal played in NFL Europe for the Amsterdam Admirals.

O'Neal played college football for the Clemson Tigers. In his freshmen year he set a school record with eight interceptions. [1] He was named All-ACC three times. [1]

O'Neal was selected in the sixth round (164) by the Miami Dolphins in the 1993 NFL draft. [3] But he did not play for them.
Indianapolis Colts
In 1994 he played two games for the Indianapolis Colts. [4]
Amsterdam Admirals
