Robert Weitemeyer (born 5 August 1982 in New Westminster) is a Canadian rower.

Assistens Cemetery in Copenhagen, Denmark, is the burial site of many Danish notables as well as an important greenspace in the Nørrebro district. Arresødal is a manor estate situated in Frederiksværk, in Halsnæs Municipality on the island of Zealand in Region Hovedstaden, northeastern Denmark. Surrounded by forest to the west of lake Arresø, it now functions as a private hospice.
The Canadian University Rowing Association is the governing body for post-secondary rowing in Canada. Its purpose is to promote participation in rowing through academic and sporting excellence at Canadian Universities. The Canadian University Rowing Championship (CURC) is hosted annually in early November by one of the member institutions. It is a showcase of top Canadian Under 23 and Senior rowing talent where many of the medalist and finalist athletes have represented or will go on to represent Canada internationally.
The 156th Boat Race took place on 3 April 2010. Held annually, the event is a side-by-side rowing race between crews from the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge along the River Thames. The race was won by Cambridge. Of the eighteen competitors in the race, six were British. Of the non-British rowers, the Oxford crew featured the American Olympic finalists, the Winklevoss twins. It was the first time the race had a title sponsor; it was also known as the "Xchanging Boat Race", having been sponsored by Xchanging.
Peder Vognsen was bishop of the Diocese of Aarhus from 1191 until his death in 1204. He belonged to the nobility as a member of the Hvide clan and was related to Archbishop Absalon. He used his extensive private means to found Aarhus Cathedral. He established several prebends for the cathedral which were authorized by Pope Celestine III in 1197 and confirmed by Pope Innocent III in 1198. From the deed of his donation to the cathedral in 1203, it can be seen he owned a large estate in Zealand including four churches. Peder Vognsen is entombed in Aarhus Cathedral. He is commemorated by a black marble slab in the chancel.

Ingeborg Steffensen was a Danish mezzo-soprano opera singer who made her début at the Royal Danish Theatre in 1915 as Annchen in Carl Maria von Weber's Jægerbruden. She was particularly successful in the title role of Carmen, as Dalila in Samson and Delilah and Azuncena in Il trovatore. She also sang the soprano Fru Ingeborg in Peter Heise's Danish opera Drot og marsk. After her retirement from the stage in 1956, she continued to give concerts and sang oratorios.
