Roger Kent Withrow (born August 28, 1957) is a former Paralympics shooter from the United States.
He is the only Paralympic shooter from America to win gold at the 1984 Summer Paralympics. [1]
Edie Brickell & New Bohemians is an American alternative rock jam band that originated in Dallas, Texas, in the mid-1980s. The band is widely known for their 1988 hit "What I Am" from the album Shooting Rubberbands at the Stars. Their music contains elements of rock, folk, blues, and jazz. Following the 1990 release of their second album Ghost of a Dog, lead singer Edie Brickell left the band and married singer-songwriter Paul Simon. In 2006, she and the band launched a new web site and released a new album, Stranger Things.

Withrow is a hamlet in central Alberta, Canada within Clearwater County. It is located on a Canadian National rail line and Withrow Road, 8 km (5.0 mi) north of Highway 11 and 8 km (5.0 mi) south of Highway 12. It is approximately 15 km (9.3 mi) east of Rocky Mountain House.
Myanmar has been a sporadic participant in the Paralympic Games. It first competed, as Burma, at the 1976 Summer Paralympics in Toronto, with a delegation in track and field and shooting. These athletes were fairly successful, Tin Ngwe becoming Burma's first Paralympic champion by winning the men's 100m sprint in the C1 category. Aung Than won silver in the same event, while Tin Win took bronze in the men's 100m in category C. Burma was absent from the 1980 Games, returning in 1984 to take part in volleyball and track and field. Tin Ngwe, in category A3, won gold in the men's high jump, and silver in the long jump, while Aung Gyi won silver and bronze, respectively, in those same two events. In both Burma's appearances in the Paralympics, it fielded all-male delegations.
Withrow Glacier is a glacier on Edward VII Peninsula, flowing northwest into Bartlett Inlet just east of Cape Colbeck. Mapped from surveys by the United States Geological Survey (USGS) and U.S. Navy air photos (1959–65). Named by Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) for Commander W.H. Withrow, U.S. Navy, of the staff of the Commander, Naval Support Force, Antarctica, who was officer in charge of Detachment One at Christchurch, New Zealand, 1965–66.
