Rohey Taalah (born 1993 in Oslo, Norway) is a Norwegian soul and jazz singer.
Taalah studied music at Toneheim Folk High School (2012–13), before attending the jazz program at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (2013–16). She was a member of the Norwegian future soul quartet Rohey. They have toured extensively throughout Norway and Scandinavia, visiting most festivals and venues on the road. Rohey released their debut album A Million Things in 2017 on the label Jazzland Recordings. [1] [2]
In 2018, she released the album Run, Boy, Run with the vocal trio Gurls including Hanna Paulsberg and Ellen Andrea Wang on the Grappa label.

He is known from several recordings and is currently acting as artistic director for the Trondheim Jazz Orchestra. Ellen Andrea Wang is a Norwegian jazz musician and composer. She is the cousin of singer-songwriter Marthe Wang. Raised in Søndre Land, Oppland, she released her debut album, Diving, in 2014. She formed the band Pixel in 2010. Wang has toured with Manu Katché and Marilyn Mazur and has performed with Sting. Since the summer of 2019, she has been touring extensively with her critically acclaimed Closeness project, a trio with London-based guitarist Rob Luft & Swedish master drummer Jon Fält. They are signed to Brooklyn-based label Ropeadope Records and have performed at jazz festivals across Europe.
