Roman Steblecki (born 16 March 1963) is a Polish former ice hockey player. He played for Cracovia, Hockey Club de Reims, Nittorps IK, and Kristianstads IK during his career. Steblecki also played for the Polish national team at the 1988 Winter Olympics. [1] His son Sebastian is a footballer. [2]

LKS Pogoń Lwów is a former Polish professional sports club which was located in Lwów, Lwów Voivodeship, and existed from 1904 until the outbreak of World War II in 1939. It was the second oldest Polish football club behind other teams from Lwów – Czarni and Lechia. With numerous departments, among them football, ice hockey and track and field, Pogoń was a major force of Polish sports in the interbellum period; its football team was never relegated from the elite Polish Football League. The club ceased to exist in September 1939, following German and Soviet aggression on Poland. On 2 July 1939, Pogoń played last pre-war official home game, drawing 1–1 with AKS Chorzów. The last pre-war game of the Pogoń's football team took place in Warsaw on 20 August 1939. Lwów's side lost 1–2 to Polonia Warsaw, scorer of the last goal was the 20-year-old forward Piotr Dreher. A club under the same name wishing to continue its traditions was formed in 2009.

Mieczysław Burda was a Polish ice hockey player. He played for Dąb Katowice, KTH Krynica, Cracovia, and Gwardia Bydgoszcz during his career. He also played for the Polish national team at the 1948 Winter Olympics, and three world championships, in 1937, 1938, and 1939. After his playing career he turned to coaching.

Mieczysław Kasprzycki was a Polish ice hockey player. He played for HC Vítkovice, Slavia Praha, AZS Katowice, Dąb Katowice, Cracovia, and KTH Krynica during his career. Born in Ostrava, in what is now the Czech Republic, Kasprzycki first played hockey there and moved to Poland in 1935. He won the Polish league title five times in his career. Kasprzycki also played for the Polish national team at the 1936 and 1948 Winter Olympics, and two World Championships: in 1939 and 1947. After retiring he coached the Polish national team from 1952 until 1955, including the 1952 Winter Olympics and three World Championships.

Andrzej Karol Wołkowski, was a Polish ice hockey player. He played for Sokół Kraków, Cracovia, Ogniwo Kraków, Gwardia Kraków, and Sparta Nowy Targ during his career. With Cracovia Wołkowski won the Polish league championship three times, in 1937, 1946, and 1947. He also played for the Polish national team at the 1936 Winter Olympics, and multiple World Championships. After his playing career he became a coach, winning the 1965 Polish league championship with Podhale Nowy Targ. He was also awarded the Knight's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta.

Sławomir Wieloch is a Polish former ice hockey player. He played for GKS Jastrzębie, Zagłębie Sosnowiec, Unia Oświęcim, Orlik Opole, and Cracovia during his career. He also played for the Polish national team at the 1992 Winter Olympics and multiple World Championships.

Adam Jakub Kopczyński was a Polish ice hockey player. He played for Cracovia and ŁKS Łódź during his career. He also played for the Polish national team at the 1972 Winter Olympics and multiple World Championships. After retiring in 1980, Kopczyński moved to Belgium where he coached local teams.

Mieczysław Palus was a Polish ice hockey player. He played for Pogoń Lwów, Spartak Lviv, Wisła Krakow, Cracovia, and Legia Warsaw during his career. He won the Polish league championship in 1949 with Cracovia, and seven more times from 1951 to 1957 with Legia. Palus also played for the Polish national team at the 1948 Winter Olympics, and the 1947 World Championship. He served as a co-coach for Poland at the 1956 Winter Olympics.

Maksymilian Więcek was a Polish athlete. Most notable as an ice hockey player, he played for Cracovia and Legia Warsaw during his career. He won the Polish league title ten times during his career, three with Cracovia and seven with Legia. Jasiński also played for the Polish national team at the 1948 Winter Olympics. After his playing career he studied medicine, receiving a doctorate from the Jagiellonian University Medical College in 1964.

Krzysztof Władysław Podsiadło is a Polish former ice hockey player and coach. He played for Zagłębie Sosnowiec, Antjärns IK, GKS Tychy, Cracovia, GKS Katowice, and SMS Warszawa during his career. He also played for the Polish national team at the 1988 Winter Olympics and five World Championships. After his playing career he turned to coaching.

Wladyslaw Kazimierz Lemiszko was a former Polish international Ice Hockey player, Olympian, and later football manager.
