Molde is a town and municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. It is located in the traditional district of Romsdal. It is located on the Romsdal Peninsula, surrounding the Fannefjord and Moldefjord.
Molde Fotballklubb is a professional football club based in Molde, Norway, that competes in Eliteserien, the top flight of Norwegian football. Åndalsnes (help·info) is a town in Rauma Municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. Åndalsnes is in the administrative center of Rauma Municipality. It is located along the Isfjorden, at the mouth of the river Rauma, at the north end of the Romsdalen valley. The village of Isfjorden lies about 7 kilometres (4.3 mi) to the east, Veblungsnes lies just to the west across the Rauma, and Innfjorden lies about 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) to the southwest via the European Route E136 highway.
Olav Berntsen Oksvik was a Norwegian politician for the Labour and Social Democratic Labour parties. He served as a member of the Parliament of Norway from 1928 until 1952 and then as the County Governor of Møre og Romsdal county from 1952 until his death in 1958.

Aspa is the collective name of both the farm and the group of interrelated Norwegian families of noble origins in Møre og Romsdal, a fylke (county) in southwestern Norway. Several members of this group played significant roles in the political and ecclesiastical history of Norway in the Middle Ages. The group's name comes from its origin, the two farms on the island of Aspøya in the present municipality of Tingvoll, also in Møre og Romsdal – Aspa and Boksaspa.
Fylket was a Norwegian newspaper published by the Center Party in Molde from 1927 to 1999. The paper appeared three times a week. In 1928, it took over the rival paper Molde Annonceblad. Fylket was shut down after its circulation figures were halved during the 1990s. In 1999 it had a circulation of just over 1,700 newspapers, nearly 1,000 fewer than the year before. The reason for the drop in subscribers was mainly changes in calculating the circulation. The supplement Landbruksnytt was previously counted as part of Fylket's circulation.

Romsdalsbladet was a newspaper published in Åndalsnes, Norway. It appeared for only two years, in 1947 and 1948. The paper was published by the company Romsdalsk Reising L/L and it was edited by Eirik Moen (1912–2002). The paper was discontinued because of printing difficulties.

Molde Fotballklubb is a football club from Molde, Norway. It was established in 1911 as International by a group of people gathered by Klaus Daae Andersen. After permission was granted, it took the current name and joined the league system in 1928. Until 1937, Molde played in regional leagues, after numerous promotions and relegations. Since 1930, the team has played in the Norwegian Football Cup. In 1939, the club joined the third season of the League of Norway, the top division, but the break-out of the World War II caused a halt to all organized sports and thus this season was never completed.
Gunnar Talsethagen was a Norwegian author and former football player, football coach and lecturer. As an active player, Talsethagen spent most of his entire career at Molde FK. He grew up in Molde.
As the capital of Norway, Oslo holds the headquarters of most national newspapers in Norway. On the other hand, there have been discussions on the lack of local newspapers covering the communities and day-to-day affairs of the boroughs of Oslo. At various times, there have been efforts to prop up local newspapers. The 1920s saw a wave of establishments which restricted themselves to covering specific outer boroughs of the former Aker municipality. The early 21st century saw several new borough-specific newspapers emerge, alongside some publications seeking to cover the politics of the city as a whole.
