Ron Dugans (born April 27, 1977) is an American football coach and former player. He is the former wide receivers coach for Florida State University, a position he had held since 2019. He played professionally as a wide receiver for four seasons with the Cincinnati Bengals of the National Football League (NFL).
Dugans was a standout receiver at Florida State where he won a BCS Championship in 1999 season in his final season. Dugans caught five passes for 99 yards and two touchdowns in the 2000 BCS Championship Game.

Dugans was selected in the third round of the 2000 NFL draft by the Bengals. [3] He signed a deal with the Houston Texans but never played with the team.

Prior to joining the Georgia Southern Eagles' staff under head coach Chris Hatcher, Dugans spent the 2005 and 2006 seasons with Florida State as a graduate assistant, working with the wide receivers and the strength and conditioning program. In 2010, he was hired by Charlie Strong to become wide receivers coach at the University of Louisville. In 2014, after four years at Louisville and Strong's departure to The University of Texas, Dugans returned home to Florida to become wide receivers coach for the University of South Florida. In 2016, Dugans joined Mark Richt's staff at the University of Miami and was co-offensive coordinator and wide receivers coach. In January 2019, Dugans was released by new Hurricanes coach Manny Diaz and hired as the wide receivers coach by Willie Taggart at his alma mater, Florida State.
New head coach Mike Norvell retained Dugans on his staff. Florida State fired Dugans, along with offensive coordinator Alex Atkins and defensive coordinator Adam Fuller, on November 10, 2024, amid a disappointing 1–9 season. [4]
On September 5, 2008, a crash involving Dugans' daughter's school bus killed his daughter Ronshay, aged 8. There is now a national Don't Drive Drowsy Week (the first week of September) in memory of her death. [5]
Robert Anthony Stoops is an American football coach who is the head coach for the Arlington Renegades of the United Football League (UFL). He was the head football coach at the University of Oklahoma from 1999 through the 2016 season, and on an interim basis during the 2021 Alamo Bowl. He led the Oklahoma Sooners to a record of 191–48 over his career. His 2000 Oklahoma Sooners football team won the 2001 Orange Bowl, which served as the BCS National Championship Game, and earned a consensus national championship. Since 2020, Stoops has been a head coach with the XFL, coaching the Renegades in 2020 and has been re-signed for 2023. Stoops' Renegades won the XFL Championship in 2023.
David Patrick Ragone is an American football coach and former quarterback who currently serves as quarterbacks coach for the Los Angeles Rams of the National Football League (NFL). He was previously the offensive coordinator for the Atlanta Falcons and also served as an assistant coach for the Chicago Bears, Washington Redskins and Tennessee Titans.
Robert Patrick Petrino is an American college football coach who is the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at the University of Arkansas. He served as the head football coach at Missouri State from 2020 to 2022. Petrino previously served as the head coach at the University of Louisville from 2014 until being fired during the 2018 season. He also held the post from 2003 to 2006. From 2008 to 2011, Petrino was the head coach at the University of Arkansas. He was dismissed from that position in the spring of 2012 for covering up an extramarital affair with an athletic department staffer. Petrino also coached the Atlanta Falcons of the National Football League (NFL) for the first 13 games of the 2007 season. He spent the 2013 season as head football coach at Western Kentucky. He also was the offensive coordinator at Texas A&M in 2023.
Steven Jon Kragthorpe was an American college football head coach. He served as the head coach for the Tulsa Golden Hurricane from 2003 through 2006 and the Louisville Cardinals from 2007 to 2009. After his head coaching career he was an administrative assistant for the Louisiana State University football program after previously serving as quarterbacks coach for the Tigers football team.
Troy McHenry Walters is an American football coach and former player who is the wide receivers coach for the Cincinnati Bengals of the National Football League (NFL). Walters played as a wide receiver and punt returner in the National Football League (NFL) for eight seasons. Walters played college football for the Stanford Cardinal, earning consensus All-American honors and winning the Fred Biletnikoff Award as the season's outstanding college football receiver. He was selected in the fifth round of the 2000 NFL draft by the Minnesota Vikings, and also played for the Indianapolis Colts, Arizona Cardinals and Detroit Lions of the NFL.
Jeff Jagodzinski is an American football coach and former player. He was previously the offensive coordinator at Georgia State University. Jagodzinski served as he head football coach at Boston College in 2007 and 2008, leading the Eagles to a record of 20–8 and consecutive appearances in the ACC Championship Game. In 2010, he was the head coach of the United Football League's Omaha Nighthawks.
Thomas Chandler Gailey Jr. is a former American football coach. Most recently in 2020, he was the offensive coordinator for the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League (NFL). Gailey has previously served as the head coach of the Dallas Cowboys, Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, and Buffalo Bills from 1998 to 2012.

Everett Rowe Withers is an American football coach and former player. He was the defensive coordinator at FIU, and was the defensive backs coach for the New York Giants and as the head coach for the Texas State Bobcats. Withers served as head football coach at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill during the 2011 season, at James Madison University in the 2014 and 2015 seasons, and as the interim head coach at Temple following Stan Drayton's firing in 2024.
