J. K. Bracken's Gaelic Athletic Club is a Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA) club serving the parish of Templemore, Clonmore and Killea in County Tipperary, Ireland.
Jack O'Connor is an Irish Gaelic football manager and former player. He played football with his local club Dromid Pearses from the 1970s until the early 2000s. O'Connor guided Kerry to All-Ireland titles in 2004, 2006 and 2009 during two terms as manager before stepping down in 2012.

Bernard Brogan is a Gaelic footballer from the St Oliver Plunketts/Eoghan Ruadh club who previously played for the Dublin county team. He is originally from the Battery Heights. From a famous footballing family, he is the son of former All-Ireland winning and All Star player Bernard Brogan (senior) and is the brother of former Dublin players Alan and Paul. His uncle Jim was also an inter-county footballer for Dublin. Alongside most of his family, Brogan has attended St. Declan's College on Navan Road.
Dr Dave Geaney is an All-Ireland medal holder. He played in his first All-Ireland final in 1959 at the age of 19 having played schoolboys rugby for Munster earlier in the year. He played in the All-Ireland semi-final in 1962 against Dublin.He played in 3 Munster finals. He was manager of the Castleisland Desmonds Senior team for a good number of years and was trainer when they won the All-Ireland Club title in 1985 when they defeated St. Vincent's (Dublin) in the final on St. Patrick's Day. He was manager for the glory period of Desmonds, and highlights include first North Kerry Senior Football Championship win, Intermediate and club championship wins, two All-Ireland club finals in a row as well as being manager for Desmonds only county final appearance in a county final when they were beaten by eventual All-Ireland Champions, Dr. Crokes. He was also manager of Castleisland District team in the 1979 County final. Geaney was a Kerry GAA medical officer from 1975 to 2012. He was named by new Kerry manager Pat O'Shea as a selector for the 2007 All-Ireland Senior Football Championship. Kerry won the 2007 championship and reached the 2008 final.
Declan O'Sullivan is an Irish former sportsperson. He last played Gaelic football with his local club Dromid Pearses, his divisional side South Kerry and was a member of the Kerry senior inter-county team since from 2003 until his retirement in 2014. O'Sullivan captained Kerry to back-to-back All-Ireland titles in 2006 and 2007. He is regarded as one of the all-time great centre forwards.

Ronan O'Connor is a Gaelic footballer from County Kerry. He played with Kerry at all levels from the late 1990s to the mid-2000s. He then moved on to the Under 21 team and again won a Munster Championship in 2002. In 2002 he also joined the Senior team that made it to the All Ireland final but lost out to Armagh. He later went on to win an All Ireland medal in 2004 coming on as a sub in the final win over Mayo. He also won a National League medal in 2006.

The tournament consists of 17 teams, with the winners representing Kerry in the Munster Senior Club Football Championship if they are a club team. If the winners are a divisional team the winners of the Kerry Club Football Championship represent the county.
