Afterglow is the third box set compilation by Electric Light Orchestra (ELO). It was released in 1990 with liner notes by music critic and editor Ira Robbins of Trouser Press. A different two-CD compilation with identical artwork was issued simultaneously under the title The Very Best of The Electric Light Orchestra.
B-Sides & Rarities is a 3CD compilation by Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, released in March 2005. It features over 20 years of the band's B-sides and previously unreleased tracks, including tracks performed with Shane MacGowan and acoustic versions of "Deanna" and "The Mercy Seat". It is also the first recording to include all members of The Bad Seeds, past and present: Nick Cave, Mick Harvey, Blixa Bargeld, Thomas Wydler, Martyn P. Casey, Conway Savage, Jim Sclavunos, Warren Ellis, Barry Adamson, Kid Congo Powers, James Johnston, Roland Wolf and Hugo Race. A second volume, B-Sides & Rarities Part II, was released in October 2021.

Peter Green sings lead vocals on "You Don't Love Me" and "The Same Way".

The Greatest Hits Collection is the first greatest hits compilation album by the American country music duo Brooks & Dunn. It was released in 1997 on Arista Nashville, and it chronicles the greatest hits from their first four studio albums: 1991's Brand New Man, 1993's Hard Workin' Man, 1994's Waitin' on Sundown, and 1996's Borderline. The album also includes three new tracks, two of which were released as singles: "Honky Tonk Truth" and "He's Got You", which respectively reached #3 and #2 on the Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks charts. While the CD version is currently out of print, digital and streaming services carry it in their library. In 2004, a sequel, The Greatest Hits Collection II, was released.
Evolution 4.0 is Finnish power metal band Thunderstone's fourth album. It features the song "Forevermore" with which they participated in the pre-selections of the Eurovision contest.
Perception is a 40th-anniversary edition 12-disc box set by American rock band the Doors. The CDs contain the six 1999 remastered versions of the Doors' studio albums plus DVD-Audio discs containing the 2007 40th anniversary stereo and surround remixes of those albums as well as visual extras. Each album includes extra tracks consisting of previously unreleased session outtakes. Exclusive to the box set is a DVD with several live performances and other extras. The title is derived from Aldous Huxley's book The Doors of Perception, which inspired the band's name.
Out of Our Idiot is a 1987 compilation album of rare and previously unreleased recordings dating back to 1979 by Elvis Costello, which was released in the UK on Demon Records. It was only available as an import in the USA and other markets. The album was credited to "Various Artists" rather than to Costello because the tracks were recorded and credited under a variety of names, including The Costello Show, Elvis Costello and the Attractions, Elvis Costello and the Confederates, The Coward Brothers, Napoleon Dynamite, The Emotional Toothpaste and The MacManus Gang. The songs featured a variety of collaborators, including Jimmy Cliff, Nick Lowe and T-Bone Burnett.

Songs from the Southern Mountains is the title of a recording by American folk music artist Doc Watson and Family, released in 1994. The music is taken from recordings by Eugene Earle and D. K. Wilgus. It contains previously unreleased material from the early 1960s as well as three tracks recorded in 1973. The liner notes are by Watson's daughter Nancy, recalling memories of grandpa Gaither Carlton, the first Watson Family recording session, and the April night that Merle Watson began playing guitar.
Puzzle is the debut album of the alternative rock group dada, released in 1992, on I.R.S. Records. The album featured the hit single "Dizz Knee Land" and sold more than half a million copies. It spent 10 weeks on the Billboard 200 chart, peaking at #111. On July 13, 2004, the album was reissued with bonus tracks by Blue Cave Records.
Live at Somerset House is a concert film by Snow Patrol. Recorded on 8 August 2004 at Somerset House on the band's featured stop in London, England, the video was released on 23 November 2004 on DVD.
Dave's Picks Volume 12 is a three-CD live album by the rock band the Grateful Dead. It contains the complete concert recorded on November 4, 1977 at Colgate University in Hamilton, New York. It was produced as a limited edition of 14,000 numbered copies, and was released by Rhino Records on November 1, 2014. The album also includes over 75 minutes of bonus tracks recorded on November 2, 1977 at a concert at Seneca College in Toronto.
Natural History is an album by J. D. Souther, released in 2011. It includes new recordings of some of his best known songs, many most prominently recorded by other artists; "Best of My Love" and "New Kid in Town" by the Eagles, "Faithless Love" and "Prisoner in Disguise" by Linda Ronstadt. The arrangements are spare featuring acoustic guitar and piano.

It contains the complete concert recorded at the Philadelphia Civic Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on April 20, 1984. It also includes bonus tracks comprising most of the second set of the concert recorded at the same venue on the previous night. It was released on July 31, 2020, in a limited edition of 22,000 copies.
