Rosa Marchitelli is a Canadian journalist from Calgary who is primarily known for her work at CBC. [1] [2] She graduated from the University of Calgary with a B.A. in English and from Ryerson University in Toronto with a B.A.A. in Journalism. [3] She started out working in Calgary and then became the Vancouver CBC News Anchor as well as reporter and producer. She is currently the co-host of CBC News' investigative segment Go Public and is also featured as a national correspondent. [3]
Marchitelli has been recognized for excellence in journalism with a National RTDNA Dave Rogers Award for her short feature: Failure to Protect. [4] She is also the recipient of a coveted Gabriel Award [5] and a Jack Webster Awards finalist for Best News Reporting of the Year.
She is the wife of CBC journalist Rob Brown who she met while working in an Edmonton newsroom early in her career. [2] She and her husband were said to be the only husband and wife co-anchors in Canadian media when they both began co-anchoring CBC Calgary in September 2013. [1]

Kathleen Petty is a Canadian radio and television news journalist. She worked for almost two decades for the CBC News Network, where she was co-founder producer and host. When CBC Newsworld was launched in 1989 she was the anchor. She also hosted Canada Now for the Network and CBC News: Today from Calgary with co-host David Gray. She worked in Ottawa from 2006 until 2011, hosting CBC Radio Ottawa's, including Ottawa Morning, Ontario Today and the nationally-broadcast The House. In 2011, she announced that she was returning to Calgary. In February 2020, CBC announced the launch of a new podcast, West of Centre, with Petty as producer and host.
Gloria Macarenko, is a Canadian television and radio journalist. From 1989 until 2014, she was the longtime host or co-host of CBC Vancouver's supper-hour television newscast at 5:00 or 6:00. She later hosted the CBC Radio One local program B.C. Almanac and the national CBC Radio One documentary series The Story from Here. In January 2018 she took over as the host of On The Coast, CBC Radio One's daily afternoon program in the Vancouver area. Macarenko has been a guest anchor on The National and CBC News Now on CBC News Network.

Asha Tomlinson is a Canadian television journalist, currently one of the hosts of CBC Television's consumer affairs newsmagazine series Marketplace. She is a two-time Canadian Screen Award winner for Best Host or Interviewer in a News or Information Program or Series for her work on Marketplace, winning the award at the 7th Canadian Screen Awards in 2019 and at the 9th Canadian Screen Awards in 2021.
