Mohd Roslan bin Sulaiman is a Malaysian academic administrator. He was the Vice-Chancellor of Universiti Putra Malaysia from 1 September 2020 until 31 August 2023. He obtained his degree in Veterinary Medicine from Universiti Pertanian Malaysia in 1994 and doctoral degree in Nervous System Physiology from University of Edinburgh in 1999. As of 2020,he has published more than 200 research results in high-impact journals. [2]
Less than six months after he was appointed as Vice-Chancellor of UPM,the Ministry of Higher Education furloughed him from the position without giving any reason. The furlough period was from 18 February 2021 until 17 March 2021,but has since been extended indefinitely. The ministry also instructed the UPM's Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Innovation) in lieu of Vice-Chancellor's position. [3] Four months after he had been furloughed,he resumed his position as Vice-Chancellor of UPM from 21 June 2021. [4]

University of Putra Malaysia,abbreviated as UPM,is a Malaysian public research university located in Serdang,Selangor. Formerly it was named Universiti Pertanian Malaysia,focusing on agricultural sciences and related fields. Since the 1990s,the fields of study have expanded to include human ecology,languages,architecture,medicine,computer science and biotechnology. Currently there are 15 faculties,11 institutes and 2 schools covering these as well as agriculture,forestry,veterinary medicine,economics,engineering,sciences,and education.
Samsudin bin Osman is a Malaysian former public servant who served the Malaysian Government from 1969 to 2006. His last office in the public service was Chief Secretary to the Government from 1 February 2001 to 2 September 2006. He is currently the President of the International Islamic University Malaysia,and Former Chairman of the Employees Provident Fund.
Elyas bin Omar was the third Mayor of Kuala Lumpur,as well as the longest serving as Mayor in History of Kuala Lumpur. He served for a period of 12 years. Elyas was the president of the Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM) and during his tenure,Malaysia won the Thomas Cup in 1992. In football,Elyas was president of Kuala Lumpur FA when it won the Malaysia Cup three times in a row from 1987 to 1989. On 17 November 1992,he was succeeded by Mazlan Ahmad as Mayor of Kuala Lumpur.
Mohd Sidek bin Hassan is a Malaysian former civil servant,who served in the Administrative and Diplomatic Service of the Malaysian Civil Service from 1974 to 2012,with the last six years as the Chief Secretary to the Government of Malaysia. Upon his retirement as Chief Secretary to the Government,he was appointed as the Chairman of Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS),the national oil and gas corporation of Malaysia,a position he served from July 2012 to June 2018.
Datuk Dell Akbar Khan bin Hyder Khan commonly known as Dell Akbar Khan is a Malaysian former football player,football administrator and former civil servant. He played for the Malaysian national football team,and also played for PDRM FA and Selangor FA in Malaysia's domestic competition in the 1960s and 1970s.
Dato' Sri Haji Wan Rosdy bin Wan Ismail is a Malaysian politician who has served as the 14th Menteri Besar of Pahang since May 2018 and Member of the Pahang State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Jelai since March 2004. He served as Member of the Pahang State Executive Council (EXCO) from March 2008 to May 2018. He is a member and State Chairman of Pahang of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO),a component party of the Barisan Nasional (BN) coalition. He has also served as the Vice President of UMNO since March 2023.
Datin Paduka Dato' Aini binti Ideris is a Malaysian academic and veterinarian. She served as the 8th Vice-Chancellor of UPM from 1 January 2016 until 31 August 2020. Her research interests include disease control and productions of vaccines for poultry.
Zulkifli Zainal Abidin is a Malaysian general who served as the 20th Chief of Defence Forces. He served as the Chief of Army from June 14,2011 to June 13,2013.
Abdul Rahman bin Arshad was a Malaysian academician,educator and diplomat. He served as the Pro-Chancellor of the Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) and has been widely known as the national education icon.
