Mohd Roslan bin Sulaiman is a Malaysian academic administrator. He was the Vice-Chancellor of Universiti Putra Malaysia from 1 September 2020 until 31 August 2023. He obtained his degree in Veterinary Medicine from Universiti Pertanian Malaysia in 1994 and doctoral degree in Nervous System Physiology from University of Edinburgh in 1999. As of 2020,he has published more than 200 research results in high-impact journals. [2]
Less than six months after he was appointed as Vice-Chancellor of UPM,the Ministry of Higher Education furloughed him from the position without giving any reason. The furlough period was from 18 February 2021 until 17 March 2021,but has since been extended indefinitely. The ministry also instructed the UPM's Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Innovation) in lieu of Vice-Chancellor's position. [3] Four months after he had been furloughed,he resumed his position as Vice-Chancellor of UPM from 21 June 2021. [4]

Knight Commander of the Order of the Crown of Selangor (DPMS) –Dato' (11 December 2022) [6] Samsudin bin Osman is a Malaysian former public servant who served the Malaysian Government from 1969 to 2006. His last office in the public service was Chief Secretary to the Government from 1 February 2001 to 2 September 2006. He is currently the President of the International Islamic University Malaysia,and Former Chairman of the Employees Provident Fund.
Mohd Sidek bin Hassan is a Malaysian former civil servant,who served in the Administrative and Diplomatic Service of the Malaysian Civil Service from 1974 to 2012,with the last six years as the Chief Secretary to the Government of Malaysia. Upon his retirement as Chief Secretary to the Government,he was appointed as the Chairman of Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS),the national oil and gas corporation of Malaysia,a position he served from July 2012 to June 2018.
The Most Illustrious Order of the Crown of Selangor is an order awarded by Sultan of Selangor as a reward for general services to the sultan and state of Selangor. It was founded in 1961. The order is awarded to the relatives of the Sultan of Selangor as well as high-ranking individuals who have contributed excellence to the Sultan of Selangor and the Sultan's Government. The Sultan also has the right to bestow this Degree of Excellence to anyone whom he deems fit and appropriate to receive it.
