Rudo Mhonderwa (born 9 September 1995) [1] is a Zimbabwean long-distance runner. In 2019, she competed in the senior women's race at the 2019 IAAF World Cross Country Championships held in Aarhus, Denmark. [1] She finished in 101st place. [1]

In 2017, she competed in the senior women's race at the 2017 IAAF World Cross Country Championships held in Kampala, Uganda. [2] She finished in 75th place. [2]
