Rulon Kent Jones (born March 25, 1958) is an American former professional football player who spent his entire career as a defensive end for the Denver Broncos of the National Football League (NFL).
Jones played college football for the Utah State Aggies and was selected by the Broncos in the 1980 NFL draft. During his career, Jones played in 129 games and recorded 52.5 official quarterback sacks. Sacks were an unofficial statistic in his first two seasons, when he had 11+1⁄2 in 1980 and 9+1⁄2 in 1981.
During the 1986 season, he was named the UPI AFL-AFC Player of the Year on defense.
Rulon Davis was named after Jones and would also go on to play with the Broncos in the 2000s. [1] Jones retired after the 1988 season.
David D. "Deacon" Jones was an American professional football defensive end who played in the National Football League (NFL) for 14 seasons. He played for the Los Angeles Rams, San Diego Chargers, and the Washington Redskins. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1980.

DeMarcus Omar Ware is an American former professional football player who was a linebacker in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Troy Trojans and was selected by the Dallas Cowboys with the 11th overall pick in the first round of the 2005 NFL draft. After spending nine seasons with the Cowboys, Ware departed in 2013 as the franchise's all-time leader in quarterback sacks with 117. Ware then played three seasons for the Denver Broncos, with whom he won Super Bowl 50 over the Carolina Panthers. After the 2016 season with the Broncos, he announced his retirement from the NFL. In 2017, he signed a one-day contract with Dallas to retire as a Cowboy. In 2018, the Broncos hired Ware as a pass-rush consultant. In 2023, Ware was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

He played college football at the University of Miami and was selected by the Denver Broncos in the first round of the 2004 NFL draft in the National Football League (NFL). Hardman's thirteen-year football career lasted from 1970 to 1981 in the NFL and ended as a player/coach in 1983 with the Invaders. Hardman held the record for most sacks in a season for the 49ers recording 18 sacks in only 14 games during the 1971 season with the 49ers until 2012, when it was broken by Aldon Smith with 19.5.
