On August 7, 2015, Lydia announced the release date, cover art, and first single from Run Wild, their fifth LP. The first single is titled "Past Life", and was made available for streaming through the band's SoundCloud account. Pre-orders for the album were made available in various formats including vinyl and CD. Leighton Antelman stated in an article featured on Alternative Press that the album would be "a little darker" than their last release, 2013's Devil . Run Wild coincided with a 30-date tour alongside Turnover and Seahaven. For Run Wild, the band worked with two producers—Colby Wedgeworth and Copeland's Aaron Marsh—and vocalist Leighton Antelman explained via press release, "This was the first time for us using two producers. We simply felt like the more the merrier. When ideas start pouring out and bouncing around the room something special happens there." [3]
On August 21, 2015, the band released the album's second single, titled "Late Nights" through their website. The track was made available for streaming and free download. [4]
Lydia released a music video for the album's third single, "When It Gets Dark Out", on November 5, 2015. [5]

Aaron Marsh is an American musician and record producer from Lakeland, Florida. He first gained prominence as the lead singer, guitarist and pianist for the Florida-based indie rock band Copeland, which formed in 2000. Marsh has since gone on to numerous production projects, co-producing his own band's studio albums usually along with either Matt Goldman or Aaron Sprinkle. Marsh also has worked as a film composer both in narrative film and in advertising. His credits include the 2013 film Worm, the 2014 film A Bottle's Odyssey, and the 2018 film Shed.

Peripheral Vision is the second studio album by American rock band Turnover. Produced by Will Yip, the album was released on May 4, 2015 through Run for Cover Records. Following the release of their debut album Magnolia (2013), Turnover parted ways with original guitarist Kyle Kojan, replacing him with Eric Soucy. For Peripheral Vision, Turnover returned to producer Will Yip, who shares songwriting credits on the entire album. It was recorded at his studio, Studio 4, in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania.
