A hospital ship is a ship designated for primary function as a floating medical treatment facility or hospital. Most are operated by the military forces of various countries, as they are intended to be used in or near war zones. In the 19th century, redundant warships were used as moored hospitals for seamen.
Rundu is the capital and largest city of the Kavango-East Region in northern Namibia. It lies on the border with Angola on the banks of the Kavango River about 1,000 metres above sea level. The predecessor to the current Archdiocese, the Prefecture Apostolic of Cimbebasia, was established in 1892 and the current archdiocese was fully erected in March 1994. The current archbishop is Liborius Ndumbukuti Nashenda.
Dr. Vaishampayan Memorial Government Medical College (VMGMC) is a medical college located in Solapur, Maharashtra. The college was named after its founder, Dr. Vishnu Ganesh Vaishampayan (1893-1964). The college is run by the State Government of Maharashtra, India and regulated by the Directorate of Medical Education and Research, Mumbai. Andara is a village in Mukwe Constituency in the Kavango East region of north-eastern Namibia. Located 200 kilometres (120 mi) east of Rundu, it is inhabited primarily by the Hambukushu people.
Rundu Urban is an electoral constituency in the Kavango East region of Namibia. It covers the urban area of Rundu, the region's capital and one of Namibia's largest cities. The constituency also covers parts of the Sauyemwa, Safari, Tutungeni, Katutura, Donkerhoek and Kehemu neighborhoods. It had a population of 20,953 in 2011, up from 19,173 in 2001. As of 2020 the constituency had 35,740 registered voters.
Rundu Secondary School is a government school in Rundu in the Kavango East region of north-eastern Namibia. It has been founded in 1967 as part of the Odendaal Plan and was at that time the only secondary school in Kavango Region.

Kavango East is one of the fourteen regions of Namibia. Its capital is Rundu, its governor is Bonifatius Wakudumo. The region was created in 2013 when the Kavango Region was split into Kavango East and Kavango West. The only self-governing settlements in Kavango East are the capital Rundu and the village of Divundu.
