Ruslans Smolonskis (born 15 December 1996) is a Latvian racewalker. In 2019, he competed in the men's 50 kilometres walk at the 2019 World Athletics Championships held in Doha, Qatar. [1] He was disqualified after a fourth red card. [1]

In 2017, he finished in 16th place in the men's 20 kilometres walk at the 2017 European Athletics U23 Championships held in Bydgoszcz, Poland. [2]
