The High Court of Bombay is the high court of the states of Maharashtra and Goa in India,and the union territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu. It is seated primarily at Mumbai,and is one of the oldest high courts in India. The High Court has circuit benches at Nagpur and Aurangabad in Maharashtra and Panaji,the capital of Goa.
The High Court of Delhi was established on 31 October 1966,through the Delhi High Court Act,1966,with four judges,Chief Justice K.S. Hegde,Justice I. D. Dua,Justice H.R. Khanna and Justice S.K. Kapur. The High Court of Delhi is the Highest Court performing Judicial Functions in the NCT of Delhi at the State level. Below it are the Subordinate Courts,functioning for 9 Judicial Districts namely (1) Central (2) New Delhi (3) South (4) South-West (5) North (6) North-West (7) West (8) North-East (9) East. The High Court of Delhi is the highest judicial organ in a State. It gets its powers from Chapter V in Part VI of the Constitution of India.
The High Court of Karnataka is the High Court of the Indian state of Karnataka and thus its highest judicial authority. The court's principal bench is located in Bengaluru,the capital city of Karnataka,with additional benches in Hubballi-Dharwada and Kalaburagi. It was previously called the High Court of Mysore. In Bengaluru,the High Court functions out of a red-painted brick building known as the Attara Kacheri,located opposite the Vidhana Soudha,the seat of the Karnataka Legislature.

It was established in March 2013,after making suitable amendments in the Constitution of India and North-Eastern Areas (Re-organisation) Act of 1971. Earlier,a bench of the Gauhati High Court had jurisdiction over the state of Meghalaya. The seat of the High Court is at Shillong,the capital of Meghalaya. This court has four permanent judges,including the Hon'ble Chief Justice,and three Hon'ble Judges.

He took oath as Chief Justice of the High Court of Meghalaya on 24 February 2016. On transfer to Karnataka,Justice Maheshwari took oath as 30th Chief Justice of High Court of Karnataka on 12 February 2018. He took oath as Judge of the Supreme Court of India on 18 January 2019.
Ramalingam Sudhakar is an Indian Judge. He is former Chief Justice of Manipur High Court. He is also former Acting Chief Justice of Jammu and Kashmir High Court and Judge of Jammu and Kashmir High Court and Madras High Court. He was born on 14 February 1959 and hails from Panapakkam Village,Vellore District in Tamil Nadu. He was overlooked and V. Ramasubramanian was chosen over him as a Supreme Court Judge. The Central Government has approved the appointment of former Chief Justice of Manipur High Court,Justice Ramalingam Sudhakar as the president of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) for a period of five years in October 28,2021. Justice Sudhakar has been appointed for a period of five years from the date of appointment or till he attains the age of 67 or until further orders,whichever is earlier.
