SRiX (SR Innovation Exchange) is a Technology Business Incubator (TBI) located in Warangal, Telangana. The incubator was inaugurated by Telangana IT & Panchayat Raj Minister K. T. Rama Rao on 5 March 2018. [1] [2]

Campus

SRiX is located in SR Engineering College campus in Warangal. It is supported by the Department of Science & Technology (DST) and Government of India to accelerate the startup eco-system. [3]

It is also the mandal and divisional headquarters of Jangaon Mandal and Jangaon revenue division respectively. It is about 85 kilometres (53 mi) from the state capital Hyderabad. Warangal Airport also Mamnoor Airport is located at Mamnoor, Warangal in the state of Telangana, India. The largest airport at the time, remained in service until 1981. The Government of Telangana is trying to revive the airport with some instate services. Around 1,000-acre (4.0 km2) of land are available for the proposed airport.

Madikonda is a neighbourhood of Warangal in Telangana, India. It is on the way from Hyderabad to Warangal on National Highway 163 (India). During 2011 Census, Madikonda which was earlier a partly rural village have been classified as fully outgrowth to Warangal urban assemblage, and has become part of Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation.

By amalgamation, on 31 March 2006, of the following 5 banks, sponsored by SBI, to participate more energetically, with synergy, in the upliftment and development of Rural Farm Sector and Rural Non-Farm Sector, with emphasis on the deprived, the Rural Poor, Rural ISB and Rural Crafts. The Culture of Telangana in India has a cultural history of about 5,000 years. The region emerged as the foremost centre of culture in Indian subcontinent during the rule of Kakatiyas, the Qutb Shahis and Asaf Jahi dynasties—. T-Works is India's largest prototyping centre. T-Works is an initiative of the Government of Telangana that is aimed to create and celebrate a culture of hobbyists, makers, and innovators in India; who explore and experiment without the fear of failure. T-Works Phase-1 is 78,000 sqft building, situated near T-Hub in Raidurg, Hyderabad, Telanagana. T-Works has over 200 industry grade tools worth 11.5 crore. T-Works Phase-2 will be further expanded to 2.5 lakh sqft over a 4.89-acre campus. To encourage innovators from smaller towns and rural areas, satellite centres of T-Works will also be set up in towns such as Warangal, Karimnagar, Khammam, Siddipet, Nizamabad, where IT towers are being set up by the Government of Telangana.
