Saara Chaudry (born June 7, 2004) is a Canadian actress. She is most noted for her performances in The Breadwinner , for which she won an ACTRA Award for Best Voice Performance [1] and was a finalist for Voice Acting in a Feature Production at the 45th Annie Awards, [2] and The Curse of Clara: A Holiday Tale , for which she was a shortlisted Canadian Screen Award nominee for Best Performance in an Animated Television Program or Series at the 5th Canadian Screen Awards. She has also appeared in the television series Combat Hospital , Degrassi , Odd Squad , Max & Shred and Dino Dana .

Personal life

She is of Indian descent. Her mother is South African. She was accepted into Harvard University. [12] It is believed that she is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts (A.B.) in Art, Film, and Visual Studies (AFVS) at Harvard College.

Sex & Violence is a television series that first aired on 17 November 2013 on OUTtv in Canada. Dino Dana is a Canadian television series that was created and is directed by J. J. Johnson. The series was developed as a follow-up to Dino Dan: Trek's Adventures and premiered on Amazon Prime Video on May 27, 2017. Dino Dana: The Movie was released on Prime Video in September 2020. It was originally going to be a theatrical release on March 21, 2020, but was delayed and later canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Canada. A new spin-off of Dino Dana, titled Dino Dex, is set to premiere sometime in 2024.

Alexis Claire Rose is a fictional character in the Canadian sitcom Schitt's Creek, which aired on CBC and Pop TV from 2015 to 2020. Alexis, a member of the central Rose family, is introduced as the spoiled socialite daughter of Johnny and Moira Rose, and the younger sister of David Rose. Her early stories revolve around her efforts to adjust to life in Schitt's Creek after her family loses their fortune, as well as her romantic entanglements with locals Mutt Schitt and Ted Mullens. She won a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Performer in a Children's, Family Viewing or Special Class Program at the 45th Daytime Emmy Awards, and is a two-time Canadian Screen Award nominee for Best Performance in a Children's or Youth Program or Series at the 6th Canadian Screen Awards in 2018 and the 7th Canadian Screen Awards in 2019. She also portrayed Tabby in the science fiction series Endlings, which premiered on January 5, 2020 on CBC Television in Canada and Hulu in the U.S.
