Saatchi Shul is an independent Orthodox Jewish synagogue that was founded in Maida Vale, London, in 1998. [1] [2] [3] The synagogue was founded by Charles Saatchi and Maurice Saatchi. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] When it opened, its rabbi was Pinchas "Pini" Eliezer Dunner. [6] [7] [8]
The Saatchi Shul holds services on the site of the St John's Wood (United) Synagogue, and in 2018 plans were made to merge the two groups. [9]

The National Council of Young Israel (NCYI) or Young Israel, is a synagogue-based Orthodox Judaism organization in the United States with a network of affiliated "Young Israel" synagogues. Kesher Israel is a Modern Orthodox synagogue located in the Georgetown neighborhood of Washington, D.C.. The congregation is over 100 years old and its worshipers have included prominent politicians, diplomats, jurists, journalists, and authors. One of them, novelist Herman Wouk, called it "the best little shul in America" and "a haven of true Yiddishkeit at the center of the finest neighborhood in Washington." Wouk mentioned Kesher Israel in his last book and memoir, Sailor and Fiddler (2015), stating that “The little old synagogue at one end of N Street was our kind of shul.”
The Angel Orensanz Center is a landmarked art and performance space in the Lower East Side of Manhattan, New York. It was originally built as a synagogue, running through a succession of congregations, and continues to be used as one occasionally.
