Police Police is a 2010 Indian Telugu-language action film directed by Manmohan Challa and produced by Chandu, Mohan Rao Kalyan Patil and Bhaskar Kandagatla. Kalavaadiya Pozhuthugal is a 2017 Indian Tamil-language romantic drama film written and directed by Thangar Bachan. It stars Prabhu Deva and Bhumika Chawla, while Prakash Raj, Inbanila and Ganja Karuppu play supporting roles. Sathyaraj played a guest role as Periyar E. V. Ramasamy, reprising his role from Periyar (2007). After beginning production in 2009, the film produced by Ayngaran International experienced delays due to the studio's financial problems, before being released on 29 December 2017. It was praised for its story during its release.

Rama Narayanan was an Indian film director and producer. He has also headed the Tamil Film Producers Council (TFPC) for three consecutive elections, before resigning in 2011. He died on 22 June 2014 at a Singapore hospital due to kidney-related ailments.
Divya Venkatasubramaniam, better known by her stage name Kaniha, is an Indian actress who predominantly works in Malayalam cinema along with a few Tamil, Telugu and Kannada movies. Kaniha made her debut in the 2002 Tamil film Five Star.
