Zion & Lennox are a Puerto Rican reggaeton music duo from Carolina, Puerto Rico. In 2004, Zion & Lennox released their first studio album titled Motivando a la Yal under White Lion Records. After their first album, Zion & Lennox decided to start their own label, Baby Records Inc. The duo is made up of Félix Ortiz (Zion) and Gabriel Pizarro (Lennox). Zion & Lennox are considered to be the pioneers of romantic reggaeton.
Los Rompe Discotekas is a 2006 compilation album by Héctor el Father. This album was released under the Roc-A-Fella Records label and under contract with Jay-Z. Popular singles include "Here We Go Yo" by Héctor el Father featuring Jay-Z, "Yomo Dele" by Yomo featuring Fat Joe, and "El Teléfono" by Héctor el Father and Wisin & Yandel. The album also features guest appearances by Roc-A-Fella artists such as Memphis Bleek and Freeway. The album has sold over one million copies. A remixed version of the album was released as El Rompe Discoteka: The Mix Album.

Master Joe and O.G. Black were a Puerto Rican reggaeton duo. They have released various albums and spawned moderate hits in Puerto Rico. They were part of DJ Joe's Escuadron Del Panico along with Hakeem & Jenay, Ranking Stone, Genio, Guayo Man, Doble Impact, Trebol Clan, and DJ Joe. Their hits include "Bailen Yackien", "Mi Locura ", "Mil Amores" and "Matadora". As of 2007, they are no longer a duo.

It is the most successful album to date and peaked at 17 in Top Latin Albums and 37 in Top Heatseekers. Los K-Becillas was nominated for a Lo Nuestro Award for Urban Album of the Year.

Nelson Díaz Martinez, known professionally as DJ Nelson is a Puerto Rican DJ and record producer who played a significant role in the development and popularization of reggaeton. He first made a name for himself as part of the Noise, a club-centered collective that was spawned in 1994. The Noise—composed of DJs, MCs, producers, and club coordinators—hosted a long-lasting series of club nights in San Juan that were vital to the development and popularization of reggaeton. DJ Nelson earned credit as one of the top Noise DJs, and he also served as a producer and arranger for the collective's music.
Tony Feliciano Rivera, better known by stage name Tony Dize, is an American singer of Puerto Rican descent. His first recorded performance was from the album Blin Blin, Vol. 1, with Wisin & Yandel in 2003, after which he collaborated with other artists of the genre and later released his debut album in 2008 titled La Melodía de la Calle under WY Records and Machete Music. He was signed to Pina Records, for which he released La Melodía de la Calle: Updated in 2009.
