Sai Shiva Balaji Mandir is a Hindu temple dedicated to Sai Baba of Shirdi. It is located at Dharmapuri in the Karimnagar district of Telangana in India. The temple is located on the banks of the Godavari river. The temple was built for the Shri Sai Shiva Balaji Mandir Trust by the trustees Shri V. Narsimha Shastry and his youngest son V.N. Pravin Shastry to spread the message of Sai Baba of Shirdi. The foundation stone was laid in 1994.

Visitors must remove their shoes before entering, to preserve the sanctity of the temple complex.

Accommodations

The Sai Bhaktha Nivas is a place made for the visitors where in rooms are available to stay, and also a kalyana mandapam (wedding hall) for some auspicious functions such as marriages, upanayana (sacred thread initiation ceremony), akshara bhyasam etcetera.

Sri Shirdi Saibaba Mahathyam is a 1986 Telugu-language musical biograhical film written and directed by K. Vasu, based on the life of Shirdi Sai Baba, who has preached and practiced Religious humanism. Vijayachander portrayed the role of Baba. The film was a blockbuster and remained a cult classic. The film ran for 175 days in 12 centers, was screened at the International Film Festival of India and the Moscow Film Festival. The soundtrack was composed by Ilaiyaraaja, with lyrics written by Acharya Aatreya, and received wide appreciation. The film was dubbed into Hindi as Shirdi Sai Baba Ki Kahani and into Tamil as Sri Shirdi Saibaba.
