Samuel Weideman is a former professional Australian rules footballer who played for Melbourne and Essendon in the Australian Football League (AFL). His achievements as a junior included two best and fairest awards and national representation. The 4th Battalion,London Regiment was a Volunteer unit of Britain's Territorial Army (TA) recruited from East London.
