Samantha Pynn is a Canadian interior designer, best known as a host of programming for HGTV Canada. [1]

She was a regular contributor on home design to the daytime talk show CityLine in the 2000s, before debuting on HGTV as the host of Pure Design in 2008. [2] She subsequently hosted Summer Home [3] and Open House Overhaul, [4] and was featured as one of the participating designers in the "all-star" HGTV shows Home to Win and Family Home Overhaul , before replacing Sabrina Smelko as the cohost of Save My Reno with Sebastian Clovis in 2020. [5]

In 2015, she launched her own home decor collection with the La Maison Simons department store. [6]

Pynn and Clovis received a Canadian Screen Award nomination for Best Host in a Lifestyle Series at the 10th Canadian Screen Awards in 2022. [7]

Design U is a Canadian television series which premiered on April 4, 2005, on HGTV. Produced by Mountain Road Productions, the series turns clueless designers and gives them a crash course in interior design. After one intense day with a professional designer learning the ins and outs of design theory, the design students test their knowledge during a two-day makeover. With $3000 and a team of renovators at their disposal, the student has to transform one room in their house. At the end, the design professor returns to review the results.

The series is also dubbed into the French language, and aired on the Canadian channel CASA as Maison à Gagner.

Backyard Builds is a Canadian home renovation reality series, which premiered in 2017 on HGTV. Hosted by designer Sarah Keenleyside and contractor Brian McCourt, the series features the duo redesigning and renovating homeowners' back yards into more flexible and versatile outdoor living spaces.

Bryan Inc. is a HGTV Canada home building, home renovation, business reality television, and homelife reality TV show. It focuses on the Baeumler family, and the construction business established by Bryan Baeumler, with his wife Sarah joining the business as a designer, to start on building new homes and buying older homes to flip and rebuild into premium properties to sell. Bryan Inc. is a follow-up to the HGTV Canada show House of Bryan, which followed the Baeumlers as they built various houses that they themselves would live in.

Family Home Overhaul is a Canadian home renovation reality series, which premiered September 27, 2020 on HGTV Canada. Described by some critics as a Canadian version of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, the series features various HGTV designers working with deserving families who have been nominated by their communities to renovate their homes.

Gut Job is a Canadian home renovation reality television series, which premiered in 2022 on HGTV Canada. Created by Thunderbird Entertainment and hosted by Sebastian Clovis, the series features Clovis working on major home renovations where for structural reasons the home has to be virtually gutted and rebuilt; typically the "gut job" project is depicted over several episodes, with each episode also balancing the major renovation with smaller "B-story" projects for other homeowners.

Breegan Jane is an American interior designer, philanthropist, TV host, and author. She is the co-host of MOM LIFE YO radio show with T Lopez.
