The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf is a political party in Pakistan established in 1996 by Pakistani cricketer and politician Imran Khan, who served as the country's prime minister from 2018 to 2022. The PTI ranks among the three major Pakistani political parties alongside the Pakistan Muslim League–Nawaz (PML–N) and the Pakistan People's Party (PPP), and it is the largest party in terms of representation in the National Assembly of Pakistan since the 2018 general election. With a claimed membership of over 10 million in Pakistan, it claims to be one of the country's largest political parties by primary membership.
Sardar Nabil Ahmed Gabol is a Pakistani politician who has been a Member of the National Assembly of Pakistan since 2024. Previously he had been a member of the National Assembly from 2002 to 2015 and a member of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh from 1988 to 1990 and again from 1993 to 1996. Arif-ur-Rehman Alvi is a Pakistani politician who served as the 13th president of Pakistan, in office from 2018 to 2024. He was a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan from June 2013 to May 2018 and again from August to September 2018. Alvi was a dentist before entering politics in 1979, when he joined Jamaat-e-Islami (Pakistan), but resigned later on from the party and then joined former cricketer Imran Khan's party in 1996 and is amongst the founding members of PTI.
Sardar Ali Mohammad Khan Mahar ; 12 January 1970 – 21 May 2019) was a Pakistani politician who served as the 25th Chief Minister of Sindh from 2002 to 2004 and then as the Federal Minister for Narcotics Control between 2018 and 2019.
Mian Ghulam Sarwar Khan is a Pakistani politician who was the former Federal Minister for Aviation, in office from 24 May 2019 to 10 April 2022. Prior to this position, he was appointed as Federal Minister for Petroleum on 20 August 2018, but he was shifted to the Aviation Ministry. He had been a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan, from August 2018 till January 2023. Previously, he was a member of the National Assembly from 2002 to 2007 and again from June 2013 to May 2018. He remained a member of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab from 1985 to 1996.
Asad Qaiser is a Pakistani politician from Swabi. He is the former Speaker of the National Assembly of Pakistan, served from August 2018 to April 2022. He has been a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan since February 2024, and previously served in this position from August 2018 till January 2023. Previously, he was the member of the Provincial Assembly of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from 2013 to 2018 and served as the 14th Speaker of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly, from May 2013 to August 2018.
General elections were held in Pakistan on 25 July 2018 to elect the members of the 15th National Assembly and the four Provincial Assemblies. The three major parties were Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), led by Imran Khan, the Pakistan Muslim League, led by Shehbaz Sharif, and the Pakistan People's Party, led by Bilawal Bhutto. The PTI won the most seats in the National Assembly but fell short of a majority; the party subsequently formed a coalition government with several smaller parties. At the provincial level, the PTI remained the largest party in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP); the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) retained its dominance in Sindh; and the newly formed Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) emerged as the largest party in Balochistan. In Punjab, the result was a hung parliament, with the Pakistan Muslim League (N) winning the most seats. However, after several independent MPAs joined the PTI, the latter became the largest party and was able to form a government.
PS-110 Karachi South-V is a constituency of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh. This constituency from 2002-2018 was demarcated as PS-113 Karachi-XXV, from 2018-2023 the Election Commission of Pakistan labelled this area as PS-111 Karachi South-V and after 2023 this constituency is presently PS-110 Karachi South-V.
Syed Ali Haider Zaidi is a Pakistani politician who served as the Federal Minister for Maritime Affairs from 11 September 2018 to 10 April 2022. He also served as the President of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf's Sindh chapter He remained a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan from August 2018 to January 2023.
Muhammad Ayaz Soomro was a Pakistani politician and lawyer, who had been a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan, from June 2013 to March 2018. Previously he had been a member of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh from 2002 to 2007 and again from 2008 to 2013. During his second tenure as member of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh, he served in the cabinet of Sindh as provincial minister in various positions.
Ramesh Kumar Vankwani is a Pakistani politician who had been a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan, from August 2018 till August 2023. But in 2022 he left PTI to join PPP. Previously he was member of the National Assembly from June 2013 to May 2018 and a member of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh from 2002 to 2007. He was considered a strongest candidate to contest General Elections 2024 from NA-241 Karachi on the ticket of PPP. However, he was not awarded the ticket and his nomination on the reserved seats in National Assembly was not liked by the ideological workers of PPP on the bases that he had been known changing political parties in the past two decades.
Mir Hazar Khan Bijarani was a Pakistani politician who was the Member of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh for Constituency PS-16 (Jacobabad-IV) from his election in June 2013 and the Provincial Minister of Sindh for Planning and Development since August 2016 until his death in February 2018. Mir Hazar Khan Bijarani was the chief of 36 tribes. Mir Hazar Khan Bijarani was the son of Sardar Noor Muhammad Khan Bijarani.
Haider Ali Khan is a Pakistani politician from Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf who had been a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan, from August 2018 till January 2023 after winning elections from NA-2 (Swat-I). Previously, he was a Member of the Provincial Assembly of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from 2008 to 2013 and again from April 2014 to May 2018.

Syed Firdous Shamim Naqvi is a Pakistani politician who served as the Leader of the Opposition in the Provincial Assembly of Sindh from 24 September 2018 to 8 January 2021. He had been a member of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh from August 2018 to August 2023. He has served as a member of the Core Committee of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf since 1996. He has also served from 2015 to 2019 in the Karachi Municipal Corporation as Union Council Chairman for UC-18 Karachi East.
