Early life

Jain belongs to Delhi. [1] He was associated with Asmita Theatre Group in Delhi and he acted in various plays. [1]

Career

Jain came to limelight in 2019 with the playing character in Gully Boy starring Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt. [7]

In the same year, he played as a Medical Intern in the film Good Newwz starring Akshay Kumar, Kareen Kapoor, Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani. [3] He also acted as Ramesh Shetty in the film Setters starring Aftab Shivdasani and Shreyas Talpade.[ citation needed ]

In 2020, he played as Akash in the web series Becharey. [8]

He acted as mahesh in Television series Rudrakaal starring Bhanu Uday and Dipannita Sharma, in 2021. [9] In the same year he played as abhishek in the tv series Rickshaw. [9]

Jain also acted in short film The Icebreaker starring Divyendu Sharma. [10]

Gully Boy is a 2019 Indian Hindi-language musical drama film directed by Zoya Akhtar, and written by Akhtar and Reema Kagti. The film was produced by Ritesh Sidhwani, Akhtar and Farhan Akhtar under the banners of Tiger Baby Films and Excel Entertainment productions, with American rapper Nas as an executive producer. Kathmandu Connection is an Indian Hindi-language web series directed by Sachin Pathak, starring Amit Sial, Aksha Pardasany, and Anshumaan Pushkar in the lead roles. While the first season of this show that was released was inspired by events from the 1993 Bombay blasts, the second edition depicts the events of the infamous IC 814 hijacking case from December 1999. Kathmandu Connection season 1 premiered on 23 April 2021, exclusively on SonyLIV. The teaser for season 2 was released on 13 December 2022, and the show is premiered on 23 December 2022.
