Sandra Gouverneur

Sandra Gouverneur (born October 2, 1976 in Heerhugowaard, North Holland) is a Dutch softball player, who represents the Dutch national team in international competitions. [1]

Gouverneur played for The Herons, Terrasvogels, Nuoro and since 2007 for Gryphons. She plays as a shortstop and first baseman, while she bats and throws right-handed. She competes for the Dutch national team since 1995. In 2000 and 2001 she was named MVP in the Dutch Softball Hoofdklasse; in 2005 she was the best batter in the league. She is part of the Dutch team for the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. [1]

Sandra Holden is an Australian softball pitcher. She teaches high school science at Livingstone Christian College and resides in Ormeau, Queensland. She represents Queensland in national competitions and she is a member of the Australia women's national softball team, where she represented the country in a 2009 tour of Japan and in a January 2012 test against New Zealand. She is trying to earn a spot on the team that will allow her to compete at the 2012 ISF XIII Women's World Championships

Kathy Arendsen is an American softball head coach and former professional player. Arendsen pitched for Holland Christian High School, where she won the state championship, before embarking on a successful collegiate and professional career. During her college years, Arendsen pitched for Texas Woman's University and California State University, Chico, where she led both teams to national championships. In recognition of her efforts, she received the 1978 Broderick Award as the nation's outstanding female athlete in softball. She was also selected to pitch for Team USA at the 1979 and 1983 Pan American Games, winning a gold and silver medal respectively.
