Sanjana Anand (born 28 March 1997) is an Indian actress who appears in Kannada films.

Career

She made her debut with Chemistry of Kariyappa which was released in February 2019. [1] [2] Her second film Male Billu was released in July 2019. She appeared as the female lead in Kushka which was released in February 2021 after being postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. [3] She made her web series debut with Honeymoon, which was directed by Vikram Yoganand. [4] [5]

She appeared as the female lead in Duniya Vijay's directorial debut Salaga , [6] in Shokiwala opposite Ajay Rao, [7] [8] and in Kshatriya opposite Chiranjeevi Sarja. [9] She was also reported to be one of the two lead actresses who will star opposite Nirup Bhandari in the romantic thriller tentatively named Window Seat. [10]

She was cast in Addhuri Lover but walked out of the project in July 2021, due to scheduling conflicts. [11]

Honeymoon is an Indian Kannada-language romantic comedy series created and produced by Sakkath Studios and it premiered on Voot. Series is first venture of Shiva Rajkumar's production house Shree Muthu Cine Services. Actor Nagabhushana co-wrote the series and features in the lead in the series with Sanjana Anand. The series tells the story of a newly-wed couple, on their honeymoon in Kerala. Series completed in 2019 and released the Telugu dubbed in version in aha while Original Kannada version released on Voot Select on 20 May 2022.
